3 Things happen when we think about eating as "Creating Soil"

Hello,

One of the reasons that we can forget that we’re not only connected to “nature”, we are actually “nature”, is that humans often have an inverse relationship to the elements from other parts of the web. But when you take this into consideration, you can see yourself in Nature again. (which is a very resourcing thing to do)

Here’s an example… Trees actually have brains. Even narrow-minded, reductive science has been forced to concede to this traditional knowledge. Literally, trees have synaptic pathways, they make decisions, they work cooperatively, and they even move. It’s even been “proven” that are also a tree’s decision making is impaired by alcohol and changed by psylocybin (the “active ingredient” in magic mushrooms).

Here’s where the inverse piece comes in… a Tree’s brain is Its root system. It’s got it’s head stuck in the sand!

So, it took some humans a while to see the likeness of Nature in them and verse visa.

This video talks about another inverse relationship, only this time it’s to soil. Check it out…

How does this idea change how you relate to food?
